How many cones are in a jar?+
Depends on the pack. Our most popular jars come with 50, 84, or 120 cones. Check each product page for the exact count — it's always clearly listed.

How long does shipping take?+
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Express options are available at checkout if you need your cones faster. Good vibes shouldn't wait too long.
Is my order packaged discreetly?+
Always. We ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no branding on the outside. Fast, discreet, and secure. What's inside is your business.
Do you offer free shipping?+

Can I return or exchange my order?+
If something arrived damaged or wasn't as described, we've got you. Reach out within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll sort it out — no runaround.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?+
That's on us. Take a photo of the damaged item and packaging, then email us at support@papajims.com. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.
Can I cancel or change my order?+
We process orders fast. If you need to cancel or make a change, contact us immediately after placing your order. Once it's shipped, we can't intercept it — but we'll still help you sort it out.
How do I track my order?+
